Dealers pay money when they have a car on their lot at the beginning of the month. The end of the year is also a good time. Not as many people are buying cars in the winter, so dealers want to move some product. Lastly, when a new model year is released, dealers want to unload the previous model year, because more people want the latest and greatest. These are good opportunities to take advantage of in order to save some money on your next new car.
