Due to privacy issues, I don't know how much luck you are going to have in finding the current owner, but you should try your DMV, or the DMV for Delaware. Good luck. The dealer shouldn't have sold it to you without a valid title. There could be issues with that. Have you talked to them? You could also do some research on ordering a Transfer Title from your state.
